The Aquarium Ecology

The nature always inspires me. I admire how nature always find its way to balance itself. It’s so powerful and magical. Creating a perfectly self-sustaining ecosystem is an art, requiring checks and balances, a fair understanding of biology, and patience. In my limited space, I want to recreate a small closed ecosystem that I can sit and just look at it for hours. The idea of a completely self-sustaining ecosystem within an aquarium has interested me for a long time. Carefully selecting the inhabitants live together to create the complete food chain. Ideally Nothing comes in; nothing goes out. But that really requires a sizable occupants, so in my small biotope, I will need to feed the fish regularly and add the evaporated water. There’s still many levels of ecology at work and I love to explore it further.
